Delivery options for our retail customers
For our valued customers in the East Anglia area, we offer free delivery on all orders exceeding £250. Should your order not reach this level, a nominal £10 delivery charge will be applied for your regular weekly delivery.
National deliveries outside of East Anglia will be charged at cost rate via recognised courier services such as DPD or Royal Mail, ensuring your products arrive safely and promptly.
Timely deliveries and order collection
Once your account has been successfully opened, you will be offered a specific weekly day, between Mondays and Fridays, for all deliveries within the East Anglia area. This ensures predictable scheduling for your stock replenishment.
For national deliveries outside of the East Anglia area, your orders will be placed on a next-day courier delivery service, getting your products to you as quickly as possible. To collect an order from our base, simply arrange a convenient time with us after placing your order, and we’ll have it ready for you.
Flexible payment methods
For all East Anglian deliveries, payments can be conveniently made via our online payment system. Alternatively, cash on delivery is accepted during your weekly delivery service.
National orders can only be placed for delivery once paid for online via this website, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process before dispatch. Please note that a retail traders account is required to access our wholesale prices and place orders.
